2. Hosting

This website is hosted with Cloudways. The provider is Cloudways Limited, 52 Springvale, Pope Pius XII Street, Mosta MST2653, Malta (a company of the DigitalOcean group). The server from which this website is delivered is located in a data center in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. Delivery is static (no server-side processing of your input by the hosting server) and encrypted via HTTPS/TLS.

When you access the website, the hosting provider processes technically necessary access data (including IP address, date and time of access, page accessed, browser identifier) in what are known as server log files. This processing is required for the secure and stable operation of the website.Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in reliable and secure operation). The log files are not merged with other data sources and are deleted as soon as they are no longer required for the purpose for which they were collected. We have a data processing agreement (DPA) in place with Cloudways pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.

3. Processing when using the contact form (scenario inquiry)

If you fill out and submit the form at /en/contact/, we process the data you enter: industry/scenario, deal size, number of target accounts, role, name, company, email address, and an optional message, in order to process your inquiry and get in touch with you.

The form data is technically received via Google Apps Scriptand stored in a Google spreadsheet (Google Sheets) belonging to Upswing Media GmbH; we also receive an email notification. The provider of these services is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (processing your inquiry with a view to a possible contract), or alternatively Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in processing incoming business inquiries).

Recipients: The submitted information is sent to the Google spreadsheet named above and, by email, to an internal mailbox of Upswing Media GmbH. Processing by Google takes place on the basis of Google's contractual data processing terms (Data Processing Terms) pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. No information is disclosed to any further recipients.

Retention period: We store your inquiry data for as long as this is necessary to process your inquiry and any subsequent business relationship. If no business relationship comes about, we delete the data no later than twelve months after the last communication, unless statutory retention obligations require otherwise.

Spam protection: The form contains a field that is invisible to humans (honeypot) as well as a minimum fill-time check. Both mechanisms serve exclusively to prevent automated abuse and are not analyzed for any other purpose.

5. Analytics / traffic measurement

No analytics or tracking tool is currently integrated into this website. No cookies are set for analytics or marketing purposes.

6. Fonts (self-hosted) and cookies

All fonts used on this website are stored locally on our server and delivered from there. When you access the pages, no connection is established to Google Fonts servers or other external font providers. The website also sets no cookies.

7. Disclosure to third parties

We do not disclose your data to third parties for advertising purposes. Processing by processors only takes place as described above (contact form via Google, see section 3).
